Become a professional home designer in Animal Crossing: New Horizons – Happy Home Paradise:
Animal Crossing: New Horizons released during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, and became hugely popular due to wide appeal and being a good game for quarantine. However, on November 5th of this year, the game got its final major update. Along with the update came some paid DLC, entitled Happy Home Paradise. In this DLC, you become a house designer, and create ideal vacation homes for many different animals, each with their own unique preferences. While your skill as a designer increases, you learn many new techniques, such as polishing furniture to give it a special effect, or adding pillars and counters to an animal’s house. Once you learn these techniques, you can then use them on your home island, and create more pleasing homes for you and your fellow villagers. Every once in a while, you are commissioned to build a facility, such as a school or a restaurant, which mark milestones for you as a home designer, and broaden your opportunities to be more creative with your designs.
